Planning Partners International was established with business partners Ken & Jane Luzietti and Lark Paddock in 2004. He is also the co-owner and managing director of The Travel Society, an $85+ million dollar Host Agency providing back-office, marketing and accounting functions to over 125+ independent travel agencies. A 33-year hospitality industry veteran, he was in charge of strategic meeting management of mega pharmaceutical accounts and numerous meetings and incentives. His hotel career of 14 years also includes tenures as a Director of Marketing and Sales for both Ritz-Carlton Hotels and Marriott Hotels & Resorts. Randy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Stout and the Northeast Wales Institute in Hospitality
